Please find following the forms required for clubs and paddlers in the AOCRA NSW Zone.

• AOCRA NSW Zone Membership Registration Form - all paddlers should obtain Sports Injury and Legal Liability Insurance via AOCRA Inc. before paddling in any outrigger canoe (and a minimum of 14 days before a regatta if they wish to compete).

Zone and Club Secretaries should refer to the attached document for instructions on how paddlers should complete the Membership Registration Form. Instructions for Use.

• Insurance - Indemnity IEA Form - first time paddlers must be offered the Sports Injury and Legal Liability Insurance. If they decline, they must sign the indemnity form, with the understanding that they are not insured, in any way, by AOCRA Inc. and are personally prepared to accept this risk.


• Club Nomination Form for Regattas - form to register number of OC6 teams and OC1 paddlers for regattas.


• OC1 Paddler Nomination - form to register OC1 paddlers for regattas.


• OC2 Team - Paddler Nomination - form to register OC2 paddlers for regattas.


• OC6 Team - Paddler Nomination - form to register OC6 paddlers for regattas.


• Transfer Form - if a registered paddler wishes to change outrigging clubs, they are required to complete this transfer form.


• Junior Parental Form - this form allows juniors who are, or will turn, 16 years of age during the year of competition to compete in the Open division. To be completed by a parent/guardian and coach.


• Club Committee Records - details of club committee members should be forwarded to AOCRA NSW for their records and to ensure website contact details are current.


• Club Colours and Canoe Register - please ensure your Club Colours are correctly logged with AOCRA INC. for the 2001/2002 racing season.
